Corporate - ANZ
This role reports to our Operations Manager, ANZ, and is based in Currumbin, QLD. You will interact with our General Manager, ANZ, Warehouse Associate, ANZ, and Accounts Officer, ANZ.
Overview:
This role is inclusive of running and managing the Firewire Currumbin Store, providing a thorough and in-depth focus and understanding of customer service to the highest standard, and assisting the Operations Manager and General Manager with internal assistance to create an effective and efficient workplace.
Description:
- Providing at the highest level - a compelling consumer facing customer service experience and in-depth show of knowledge about all products and technologies.
- Relentless drive to meet/exceed budgeted daily sales targets where too providing weekly updates/projections throughout.
- Work closely with ANZ Internal team to brainstorming new and improving initiatives to maximize the experience – with further to this leading the charge on our Demo initiative.
- Under the guidance of Global Operations Manager and Global Sales Operations Director, and alongside the Operations Manager and General Manager - provide informed inputs into the purchasing process for the “store’s inventory” and provide and focused and hyperactive approach to inventory replenishment throughout.
- Processing of inbound customer service inquiries to a high level and ensuring reasonable consumer satisfaction prior to closure.
- Includes elements such as QC issues, return requests, and other general inquiries, where within working in cohesion with the Operations Manager to ensure Customer service works in harmony to drive maximum efficiency and return to the business.
- In-depth understanding and following of protocols, processes and procedures in place.
- Providing at the highest level - a compelling customer service experience and in-depth knowledge about all products and technologies.
- Develop KPI structure that allows SMART measurement of productivity.
- At the directive of Operations Manager and General Manager, ensure that all D2C (eComm) orders are processed, fulfilled, and delivered in a timely manner.
- Thorough understanding of the following through and completion of all quality returns/dispatches.
- Logging of “all” QC issues that arise with the utilization of our internal portals.
- Assist warehouse team in unloading/loading of containers & packing of product if and when needed.
- Assist with Firewire ANZ monthly stock-takes.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - ability to work with multiple departments and teams.
- Strong knowledge in Zendesk, Shopify, Brandscope, Acumatica, Microsoft Outlook, and all other Microsoft Applications.
- Initiative and ability to be pro-active.
- Highly organized, with the ability to coordinate numerous concurrent projects.
- Goal driven including flexibility of working outside normal working hours.
